When we set up shop here at Social Reach, we reviewed all the major management software brands before choosing which one we'd use. Sendible won out as the most powerful software for the price and here we're rating its functionality and convenience in all the major areas:

    • Content curation - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sendible has several useful curation features that we use regularly. Under their Content tab, you can search for keywords in the Suggestions subcategory to find recent blogs and articles relating to that keyword. Under the Monitor tab, you can also save and monitor keywords on an ongoing basis, and the RSS feeds feature allows you to get content directly from sources you trust. While using all of these features, you can use the content libraries to save material you want to post later. Overall, Sendible makes content curation easy, gathering relevant info from an almost unlimited range of sources and allowing you to save it easy for your own use.

    • Content Creation & Scheduling - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When you're ready to write your post, Sendible has you covered. You can create messages anywhere on the site using the Compose box at the top right corner, and under the Engage tab, you can view messages that are scheduled, already sent, drafted, bounced, queued, or sent to other users for approval. You can also filter the messages you see by service in any of the tabs mentioned above. You can even compose messages in bulk and send emails to imported mailing lists. Sendible streamlines the creation and scheduling process and makes it easy to work with multiple users on the same software.

    • Management - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Managing all your social channels is easy with Sendible. The software allows multiple users to use one account, and allows each user 100 services (links to social media accounts). The Priority Inbox allows you to respond to comments or FB messages directly from the software, and you can set up services that automatically retweet posts with certain keywords in them or automatically follow relevant accounts. In the Measure tab, you can create reports to see the performance across all your social channels or specific channels. Sendible's only drawback in management is Sendible's mobile app has frequent glitches and isn't very user-friendly.

    • Customer Service - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When we joined Sendible, we were assigned a customer service representative who has been extremely helpful with all of our questions and problems. It's so much more convenient and personalized to shoot an email to our representative than to wade through trouble-shooting directions or search through tutorials. We've been very pleased with the service and support we've gotten from the team at Sendible.
